退換貨政策 Return & Exchange

1. 商品本身若無影響使用或美觀的重大瑕疵（是否為重大瑕疵由本網站方判定），或非因本網站造成之出貨錯誤，概不退換。

2. 有瑕疵或寄錯缺漏之商品，退貨及重寄運費由本網站負擔，但請盡量維持未使用之狀態。如有糾紛或疑義，本網站可酌情處理。

3. 贈品不適用退換貨政策。

4. 如對商品有疑問，請於收到七日內盡速與我們聯繫，並附上購買帳號及訂單編號以供核對。如遇絕版商品無法換貨將提供退款以茲處理。

This Return & Exchange policy is only be applicable for Manjusaka office website.

1. If you have any questions about the merchandise, please contact us via email (manjusaka.tw@gmail.com) with your purchase account, order number and information on the affected item within 7days of receiving the goods.

2. If the product has no significant defects that affect its functionality or obvious defects in appearance, or if the issue is not caused by an error during our shipping process, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. *The determination of significant defects is at our discretion.

3. For defective or wrongly shipped/missing items, the return and reshipping shipping costs will be borne by our side (Manjusaka). Please try to maintain the unused condition if possible. In case of disputes or doubts, Manjusaka will handle them at its discretion.

4. Giveaways are not eligible for the returns or exchanges.

5. If an item is discontinued and cannot be replaced, a refund will be provided for processing.
